How we handle your information.

We collect no more than we need, we use it only for what you gave it to us for, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. This notice explains the details in plain language.

What we collect

When you complete a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your business details, contact details, and your answers about your business and what you want to achieve. We also record the page you submitted from, your region, and the currency you were shown, so we can respond appropriately.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare properly for your call, and design and deliver the work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to deliver our work, under appropriate agreements.

Call recordings

Calls are recorded only with your consent, given before booking. Recordings are used to prepare, analyse and deliver our work for you, are stored securely, and are deleted when no longer needed.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working together, or as long as needed to respond to your enquiry. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we remove personal information within a reasonable period.

Your rights

Under POPIA and GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@micotha.com and we will act on it promptly.
